Due to the nature of the products and the risk of contamination, Favor Brew does not offer Exchanges, Returns, or Refunds. We also do not offer cancellations once the item has shipped.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at support@favorbrew.com immediately with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
